     Kay Rodgers Park is convienently located off of I-540 and just minutes of I-40. Exit at the Kelly Hwy/Arkansas-Oklahoma Fairgrounds Exit off I-540 and follow the signs to the facility. There is ample parking located on and adjacent to the grounds.
